That all depends on what the 1000 liters of volume is full of.

If it's 1,000 liters of air, it doesn't weigh much at all.

If it's 1,000 liters of pure clean water at standard temperature and pressure, then it has

a mass of 1,000 kilograms, and it weighs 9,800 newtons (2204.6 pounds).

It it's 1,000 liters of concrete or lead, then you're really talking some serious weight.

If the 1,000 liters of volume is empty, it has zero weight.
