Phones come from the factory programmed with 00000 (4 or 5 digits, depending on the model). Try this first. Then go with 11111, 22222, 33333, etc. Next would be 12345,09876, etc. Since it is in a liquidation sale you probably don't know who had the phone last. But if you do, some cellular services program the last part of the phone # as the code. For example, if the number was 555-1212, then the lock code would be 51212 or 01212, etc. You do not want to buy the phone until you figure it out.
66666 - 33333 = 33333
33333-7777888888888 = -7777888855555
33333 + 444000 = 477333
You can't reprogram the 'factory' code, but you can add your own personal code to it. Do the following: enter the factory code within 5 seconds hit the 1/2 key within 5 seconds enter your 5 digit personal code (it cannot be 11111 or 22222 or 33333, etc) you're done. Note: if you don't know the factory code it is located inside the tire jack compartment in the rear driver's side of the explorer on a white sticker - usually hard to find and hard to read, but it's there.
