∙ 16y agoYou will have a long search on your hands because 5 odd numbers will never make 30. Any two odd numbers added together will result in an even number. Any two even numbers also result in an even number. An even and an odd number will always rsult in an odd number, so taking 5 separate odd numbers... odd1 + odd2 = even1 odd3 + odd4 = even2 even1 + even2 = even3 so, after taking 4 odd numbers, the answer is always even. Next... even3 + odd5 = odd As the result of the last calculation is always odd, it will never be 30.
