Dead since there will always be more people that are dead than alive. If a person dies, he has lived, but is dead. Hence, always dead. If a person is living, he is only living for the time being.

So really, it's philosophical question.

How old is Jesus mom Mary now?

Well, she was probably about 15 or so when Jesus was born, which was about 2 BC. She was alive at His crucifixion which would have made her about 48. I would guess she would have lived about 60 years or so. But your question is how old is she now? She would be dead. If you're counting her age in heaven, it would be about 2025 years old.
