Then all the lawyer fine print...mounting should be ok, just be sure small block to small block...and be sure if AT to AT, then also should be ok (i've heard of folks leaving the pressure plate on, then trying to bolt up AT) Careful of the computer now, if you're using a different type transmission, the computer may be confused...be sure you have the same type, and the connectors are similar, 4 plug or 5 plug, round or square, etc.
