Most LCD TV's cost over $200 and it would be difficult to find one for less than that amount. If you are wanting an LCD TV for under $200, it is best to purchase a used one at a second hand store or look for one in a newspaper classified ad, or on craigslist.
LCD TV screens weigh less and use less energy than plasma TV screens, but plasma has better picture and colors. LCD screens are thinner than plasma screens as well.
