yes it can be done with a powerful enough magnets put them on the object and floor with the same poles facing each other and the will float
Ive been working with magnets for a science project.Get two magnets andhave them facing the oppisite poles.Cover up the edge of a magnet with a repolsive material. Then put the magnet you want to float on top.Or you can buy Magi UFO on ebay.It a floating magnet. Its really cool:)
magnets
eat the magnets. then look at an object, then it'll float. don't listen to him just experiment with magnets and metallic spheres and circles of magnets, make this project your own don't copy someones work that's plagiarising and you will have alot more fun making your own experiment e-mail me @ jkraftj@yahoo.com
If you hold two magnets in your hand one below the other so that the north side of one magnet is facing north of the other and vice-versa, then place a metallic entity between these two magnets then it will appear to float provided distance between magnets and their force is equal.
levitation means to make something float in the air(sort of like making it fly)
It is not a question of how many magnets you need, one would do; but how strong the field is and how strongly it attracts the 400 pound object.
Magnets are used in telephones' speakers to make vibrations of air (sounds)
If you mean just the human body then NO you loopy person. But if you were to invent some sort of contraption that involves a metal then probably yes.
Helium is lighter than air. so balloons filled with helium will float in air. warming will make them float or rise up faster.
You can power a fan by putting magnets on all the flaps that make the air then put another magnet near it to make it move and the repel of the magnets will create movement.
Fill a balloon part way with helium, make an animal out of it and have it float.
a hot air balloons floats. something to do with buoyancy
Well your answers is magnets my friend like a bullet train that they have in the east they sit above a negativley charged magnet while the botttem of the train has a positive charge thus making it float or smething like that! ur welcome!!!!! on the other hand it is impossible to lay a solid on a gas that is infinite with our technology but we can add things like magnets to help it stay up.
