Anybody can be as smart as Albert Einstein, he just happened to figure things out through logic and mathematics at a time when most others couldn't figure it out, and now, the things he had to work hard to comprehend are common knowledge to many of us today, it was simply a matter of being at the right place at the right time.
You have to know how 'X' and 'Y' are related. That means you need to have a function or an equation that has both of them in it. There's no way that you, or we, or anybody, can answer that if we don't know how they're connected.

By my research, yes. An IQ of ~100 is average for anybody. Just to make you feel good about yourself Einstein's IQ was 160. I too am 13 years of age and have an IQ of 151.
