Scientist typically use the international system of measurements, or the metric system. If you mean English as in England, then yes. The United States' system of measurement is not usually used by scientists.
Scientists all over the world use the metric system of measurement. To the best of my knowledge, they have been using that system for at least 150 years, probably longer. WHY? Because it is so simlpe to use, compared to the extremely complex Imperial system. Scientists are a group of people who use measurement of things to discover laws of physics, which are essential in our modern world. Every unit of measurement is based upon 3 basic measures, namely Length, Mass, and Time. The simplicity of the metric system is that every unit used is a multiple of 10, with the exception of time. Napoleon suggested a new world time scale based upon 100 minutes in an hour , and 10 hours in a half day. (midnight to noon). Fortunately he was exiled to live on an island a long way from France. He was a despot as inhuman as Hitler, Stalin, and Alexander the great. Sadly, he was something of a genius, but he was screwed up and power drunk. The idea of the whole world using the same units of measurement, makes it dead easy for every nation to understand each other in relation to scientific facts. What a pity we don't all speak a universal language of words , as well as measures.
Hardly, scientists use the metric system because it simplifies the amount of work they do.
A vast majority of scientists use metric units.
No. They use the metric system.
metric system
Nope.
Most scientists use the Metric system of units of measure, also called the Système international or SI system
because that was the first space craft to leave the solar system
They use the SI units, so they can compare conclusions in their experiments, and understand each other. Instead of using different types of measurements, they can't understand, they use the same.
What metric unit would you use to measure a computer keyboard
Celsius
meters
when one scientist tells another scientist that something is certain length, that measurement should mean the some thing to both of them.
true or fulse
Metric units of measurement are more fun to say.
Centimeters are part of the SI unit, or international system of units. Scientists all over the world use this system of measurement, and is the only system of measurement that every scientist in the world uses.
Units of measurement are useful to rationally measure anything.
Most scientists use the Metric system of units of measure, also called the Système international or SI system
SI units is what we use in the United States for the common unit of measurement for matter.
because that was the first space craft to leave the solar system
yes
Scientist use the "Internation system of Units" to measure the properties of matter
No it's not true. The vast majority of scientific reports use the S.I. metric system of measurement.
