i hope not i jus bought a shirt made out of 100% viscose :-s

I wouldn't recommend washing it in normal wash. I have a 100% viscose shawl, and it is recommended either hand wash (don't be too hard on it though) and then warm iron it on the wrong side while still damp to reduce the crinkles.

Also, you can get it dry cleaned to be on the safe side.

It would depend on what made up the other 7% of the fabric. A fibre like lycra would cause the fabric to have stretch. If the garment is cut on the bias (with the grain of the fabric running at a 45 degree angle to each part of the garment) that allows the garment to drape and stretch more. Also if the material is a knit (rather than a woven) it will have at least some stretch.

100% Viscose fabric is like rayon and it does not stretch. Many times it is mixed with lycra and then it will stretch.
