It is designed to easily cut curves.

Whether it cuts in straight or curved lines depends how good the user is: a good user will be able to use it to cut straight lines, but a not-so good user will tend to "wobble" and so cut lots of little curves when trying to cut in a straight line.

Curved line in geometry?

In plane, or Euclidean geometry, a line usually means a straight line and a cure often refers to something else. A semicircle would be a curved line for example. But, imagine, and it should not be hard since it is reality, that we DO NOT live on a flat surface. We live on something more like a sphere. The lines are now defined as great circles. Great circles are line that run along the surface of the sphere and cut it into two parts. Imagine a plane that goes through the center of the sphere and cuts it in half. The intersection of the plane and the sphere is a great circle. These lines are not the straight lines we saw in plane of Euclidean geometry. One big difference is that any two or more will intersect. In other geometries, one called hyperbolic geometry, the lines are either traditional vertical lines or semicircles that intersect the x axis. So what I am trying to say is that curved lines depends on the geometry you are talking about and there are many of them. In Euclidean geometry we define a line as a straight curve. So the idea of a curve is more general and a line is a specific case. It has no height or width.

When two lines in a plane are cut by a transversal and if corresponding angels are congruent then the two lines are?

Then the two lines cut through by transversal line are parallel to each other.

It may ruin the clothes that you bought or made. B. It may just look weird.

What does a Coping Saw look like?

Detail cutting in general and when you fit two pieces of trim at the corner you can either cut them at a 45 degree angle or you can "cope" them. To do this, you put the first piece in place full length with a straight cut on the end. Cut a 45 degree angle on the second piece and that will give you the profile of the molding. Use the coping saw to cut the exposed wood away at the edge of the cut so that only the face remains. This will fit into the first piece and give you a better fit than a simple 45 degree cut. If the room is not exactly square, this type of cut allows for that since all you see is the finished edge.

Either cut along three non-intersecting lines or two intersecting lines. The lines need not be straight.

Can you cut a circle into 5 pieces with 2 straight lines?

No, because, none of the combinations of lines can evenly slit spaces. Fold the circle first, and then you can cut the circle into 5 pieces with 2 straight lines.

How do you cut five pieces of a square only cutting two times?

It is not possible to cut a square with two straight lines and end up with five pieces. The square would have to be cut with two curved lines whose apices intersect with one another. Check the following link for an example: http://i1226.photobucket.com/albums/ee410/thetatemdeluxe/5-cutsquare.jpg
