An absolute value must be greater or equal to zero. If the absolute value is known to be nonzero then it must be greater than zero: that is, it must be positive. The product of two (or more) positive numbers must be positive.

What is the product of two or nonzero whole numbers?

The product of two nonzero whole numbers will be a nonzero whole number.

What is th product of two or more nonzero whole numbers?

The product is also a whole number. If the (number of positive factors) minus the (number of negative factors) is zero or an even number, then the product is positive. Otherwise the product is negative.

When is the product of two nonzero integers less than or equal of the two factors?

When one of the numbers is positive and the other is negative.

Remember that when two numbers with the same sign are multiplied, their product is always positive.

Why the product of nonzero rational number and a rational number is an irrational?

Actually the product of a nonzero rational number and another rational number will always be rational. The product of a nonzero rational number and an IRrational number will always be irrational. (You have to include the "nonzero" caveat because zero times an irrational number is zero, which is rational)

How do you find the product of two numbers when both positive?

Find the product of their absolute values (without regard for their signs) and then label the product positive. The process is exactly the same if both numbers are negative.

Can the dot product of two nonzero vectors be equal to zero?

Yes, if the dot product of two nonzero vectors v1 and v2 is nonzero, then this tells us that v1 is PERPENDICULAR to v2. :)

Why is the product of two absolute values is always a positive number?

This is not strictly true, because an absolute value, and hence the product of two absolute values can be zero. It is, therefore true to say that the product of two absolute values is always non-negative. An absolute value of a number is, by definition, non-negative. And by the definition of multiplication, the product of two non-negative numbers in non-negative.
