f(x) = (2x - 3x2)/(-5x - 6)

f(x) = -(3x2 - 2x)/-(5x + 6)

f(x) = (3x2 - 2x)/(5x + 6)

5x + 6 = 0

5x + 6 - 6 = 0 - 6

5x = -6

5x/5 = -6/5

x = -6/5 (the vertical asymptote of f)

Since the degree of the polynomial function in the numerator is greater than the degree of the polynomial function in the denominator, then the graph of f has no horizontal asymptote.

What kind of triangle has 3 horizontal sides?

A triangle will always be composed of a minimum of one horizontal and one verticle line with a third line connecting them together. Therefore, it would be impossible to compose a "legal triangle" with three horizontal lines.
