That is very confusing, I am only in 4th grade (5 in September), and I need a more simple answer, would it be 9.14, or 9.1? I need a more simple answer!

If you're using a ruler to measure this out, then 9.1 is probably the most useful measurement.

The Southern Ontario GEDSB (Grand Erie District School Board) Gr. 4 curriculum doesn’t really include that many numbers after the decimal point.
