One degree Celsius equals one degree Kelvin, so the only issue is where the scales are indexed, or, if you prefer, where zero is. For Kelvin, it's at absolute zero. (That way all temperatures in K are positive.) For Celsius, it's at the freezing point of water.

Celsius:

Zero ºCelsius is 273.15 Kelvin

Kelvin:

Absolute Zero is -273.15 ºCelsius

another way to know is that its converted by adding 273 to degrees Celsius.
Use this equation to convert Celsius/Centigrade to degrees Kelvin: [K] = [°C] + 273.15
