Put it in a graduated cylinder.
a) Find a graduated cylinder big enough to hold a can of Coke.
b) Make sure it has a small scale. (Smaller scales are more accurate.)
c) Fill the graduated cylinder with water to a mark on the cylinder.
d) Find how much higher the water is when you drop the can in.
the best and most accurate way would be to find a container that measures volume accurately (a graduated cylinder would work well) and fill it with a known amount of water(say, 10 mL). Then count out a number of rice grains (20 or 30 would be enough) and drop them into the the cylinder with the water. Tap the cylinder to make sure there are no bubbles attached to the rice grains, and then record the total volume or the rice and the water (or where the water is up to on the cylinder). If you subtract the volume of the water (the first measurement) from the volume of the rice+water (the second measurment) you will get the volume of the rice. Divide by the number of grains, and you'll have the average volume of a grain of rice.if you want to find the volume of a particular grain of rice, then you can do the same process with just one grain of rice, but you will need something that measures volume much more accurately than a graduated cylinder
A coke can is similar to a cylinder and so therefore:- Surface area: (2*pi*radius squared)+(diameter*pi*height) Volume: pi*radius squared*height
to find the volume you do base times width times height.
find the volume of the pool find the volume of one gallon in whatever unit you are using. divide pool volume by gallon volume
A graduated cylinder is a good way to find volume. Another way to find volume is to use the following equation: Length x Width x Height. This is a way to find the volume of a rectangular or square item.
Water displacement can accurately find the volume of substances as it represents the same amount of space or volume. An object placed into the water will displace the same amount of water volume as its own volume.

A can of coke is 355 mL or 12 oz
Forecast demand accurately Understand the technology and capacity increments Find the optimum operating level (volume) Build for change
The formula for calculating density is D=m/V. Density equals mass divided by volume. Calculate the volume of the cans, and then find the mass. Then find the mass of the coke and water in the cans. Subtract the mass of the cans so you're left with the masses of the coke and water. Put the masses and volumes into the formula.
hydrometer
Use a volumetric flask.
The volume of gases is measured with gas-meters.
No ! The coke will have the same density regardless of the volume of coke. Density of a liquid depends upon the liquid identity, nature, and temperature; but neither upon the mass nor the volume of the liquid.
The volume of gases is measured with gas-meters.
In their mass, that is about correct. The volume can not be accurately determined.
1) No but, what I do is find coke bottles on the ground and type them in.
