Answer: I've had to memorize these measurements for exams, and this is what I find to be the best way of figuring them out and remembering them- Think of the little plastic cups that come attached to the top of bottles of liquid medicines like cough syrup. Each cup is 30 cc...( cc and ml are the same)... the 30 cc cup= 2 tablespoons, which equal 6 teaspoons. NOW..cut that little cup in half and you have 15cc = 1 tablespoon which eqals 3 teaspoons. HALF that again and it's 7.5 cc = 1/2 tablespoon which eqals 1 1/2 teaspoon. SOOOO...your question...1.5 cc would be most difficult to measure by teaspoon for any practical reason, like measuring any liquid or liquid medicine with any accuracy. For accuracy, I don't have the exact mathamatical conversion equation off the top of my head, sorry! You could find a conversion table in most dictionaries. <<adr>>

1 cc = 1 ml so you simply change the units.
