Without pi, you can never represent the conversion exactly.

If you use 57.296, that gets you within 0.001% of the truth,

which is usually acceptable.

If you use 57.3 instead, you're off by about 0.007% ... also not too shabby.

Radians = approximately (degrees / 57.296)

Degrees = approximately (radians x 57.296)

What is 30 degrees in terms of pi?

I assume you want to convert from degrees to radians. To convert from degrees to radians, you multiply by (pi / 180).

Convert radians to degrees?

Multiply the radians by 180/PI to convert to degrees.

How do you convert degrees to radiant?

Multiply degrees by (pi/180) to get radians. Multiply radians by (180/pi) to get degrees.

How do you convert degrees into radians?

There is no word such as raduis. The nearest word that makes the question sensible is radians. To convert degrees to radians you multiply by pi/180. That is,d degrees = d*(pi/180) radians.

Why multiply degree to pi by 180 to convert it to radian?

A whole circle is 360 degrees or 2*pi radians. 360 degrees = 2*pi radians so that 1 degree = pi/180 radians This gives the conversion factor of pi/180 to convert degrees to radians.

How do you convert radians to exact numbers?

the formula to convert degrees to radiansangle in radians = angle in degrees * Pi / 180 .

What is the ansere to degree conversion?

That depends what the question is. To convert radians to degrees, you multiply by (180 / pi). To convert degrees to radians, you multiply by (pi / 180).

How do you do coterminal angles with radian measure?

The same way as with degrees. All you have to know is how to convert degrees from radians and radians from degrees.... this is how you do it... radians= pi/180 degrees= 180/pi to get angles from degrees to radians you multiply the angle that is measured in degrees by pi/180. to get angles from radians to degrees you multiply the angle that is measured in radians by 180/pi. pi=3.14

How do you convert 1.05 radians into 60?

pi radians = 180 degrees so 1.05 radians = 1.05*180/pi = 60.16 degrees (approx).

Formula in changing radians to degree?

To convert radians to degrees, you can use the formula: degrees = radians * (180/π).

What is the difference between degree measure and radian measure?

Radians are measured in terms of pi. Pi = 3.14 (or 180 degrees), so 1 degree = Pi/180 or 0.017 radians. To convert from radians to degrees divide by pi and multiply by 180. For example, 4.71 radians (3Pi/2 in terms of Pi) would be 270 degrees. What does a zero with a horizontal line through it mean?

It means a central angle measured in radians. ex. Convert 360 degrees radians. 180 degrees = pi radians so 360 degrees = pi radians/180 degrees = 360pi radians/180 = 2 pi radians
