It is not a formula.
If the tank is full then nothing can be added.
If the tank is almost full and the additional ingredients top up the tank to full then there was 29 gallons and 3 quarts of water. Divide this by the amount of the other ingredients.
29.75:1 orange citrus
29.75:1 detergent
14.875:1 bleach
i figured it out it is:
15 cups of water
1/2 tablespoon orange
1/2 tablespoon laundry soap
1 tablespoon bleach
i needed to figure out how much would be in only 1 gallon and not 30 gallons
