Yes!!! If you have a base line and draw a perpendicular line from it, then the perpendicular line is at 90 degrees angle. The word 'perpendicular' means '90 dgerees'.

As the "octa" at the beginning of the word would imply, an octagon is a shape with eight sides.
1) Draw a simple line using Auto Shapes. 2) Double click on that line to open FormatBox, in that select dotted or dashed line option as desired.
Dodecagon is the name for the regular 12 sided polygon, meaning that all its side lengths and angles are the same. Not sure if there is a name for a general 12 sided 2d shape.

No, it does not. If you draw a horizontal line through it ("deed") you won't see the symmetry. But if you make "DEED" by capitalizing the letters, yes it will. Draw a line left to right through the middle of the letters and you have a line of horizontal symmetry.

I would suggest that you draw the picture of a test tube in MS Word because it is much easier. You only need 3 drawing objects to create the test tube. These drawing objects are : Rounded Rectangle , Arc, and Rectangle. Use the Rectangle to cover the top part of the Rounded Rectangle and then click Shape Line > No Line. After that, draw two arcs to create the brim. Finally, Group these drawing objects into a single unit.
