You divide the numerator by the denominator then multiply by 100.

For example, to find the percentage of 1/2 you divide 1 by 2 then X 100.

1 divide 2 = 0.5 then times by 100 = 50%.

Works with all fractions.

put the percent # over 100 lets say you have.... 30% you will put 30/100 which equals 3/10
