The grounding is done through the metal nipple that connects out of the back of the meter base and into the back of the breaker panel.

Where do I ground if there is No ground coming out of the box?

The question doesn't say what "the box" refers-to: is it a wall box for a socket outlet or is it for a switch - or is it actually the main circuit breaker panel for the building or apartment? You can add a safety ground wire to any wall box - to connect appliances back to the ground on main breaker panel - only if there is a main grounding wire installed at your main breaker panel. You can't add a safety ground wire to any wall box, to connect appliances back to the main breaker panel, if you don't already have a ground wire installed at your main breaker panel. If that is the case, your wiring must be at least 50 years old. It is time to consult with an electrician...As always, if you are in doubt about what to do, the best advice anyone should give you is to call a licensed electrician to advise what work is needed. Before you do any work yourself,on electrical circuits, equipment or appliances, always use a test meter to ensure the circuit is, in fact, de-energized.IF YOU ARE NOT ALREADY SURE YOU CAN DO THIS JOBSAFELY AND COMPETENTLYREFER THIS WORK TO QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS.

Is a ground fault indicator outlet installed at the breaker box?

There are tow places to put a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter. There is a GFCI breaker which would be installed in a breaker box and a GFCI outlet that can be installed anywhere. Most GFCI outlets allow you to connect regular outlets to the GFCI and those outlets will also be protected.

How do you install lights on garage that now do not have any?

first run electric cable to garage,10-3 with ground is best, you will have to put at least a 30 amp box in garage more if running 220. if just lights and power tools on 110 then you will be fine!! in box connect red wire to proper lug in box and black wire to proper lug. run 14-2 to lghts!! you can use 12-2 also it is a heavier cable!! at house breaker box run the 10-3 cable to its own breaker in box,at least a 20amp breaker!! red and black wires go to breaker and white goes to neutral bar connect ground to ground bar or neutral bar also!! use a double pole breaker in main box.

Where is the headlight circuit breaker?

In the breaker box

What size grounding wire do you use as the 4th wire running in your conduit from your 200 amp meter box to your 200amp service panel this is the ground wire from box to box?

You do not use a ground wire in the connection from the meter base to the distribution panel. A bonding wire may be required if the service is using PVC conduit.

How do you ground a 100 amp breaker box that only has two hot wires coming to it?

Sounds very strange and that the electric code isn't being met. If it is main box a ground rod can be driven into earth and a wire grounded between box and ground rod. However, you should have an electrician investigate what is going on since this box is a safety hazard.

You have 220v wiring 2 hots 1 common from breaker box to pool wiring box Common is wired to equipment ground is that correct?

Correction - 2 hot (2 * 120) = 240 volts common - neutral U R 100% correct PS: 240 motor for pool ? hmmm, learn something everyday The cable from the breaker box to the pool should be a 3 conductor. In that 3 conductor cable there should be a bare ground wire (the ground wire is not included in a cable wire count). The pool ground should be connected to that bare wire, not the white neutral. This bare ground wire is then grounded back at the breaker panel to provide a direct path to trip the breaker in case of a short circuit. Code requires a GFCI ahead of the pool load to detect ground faults. See related links below on GFCI's
