You cannot.

The average is the mean of a number of observation, and each individual observation cannot be uncovered. We therefore also often study "Variation" or "Standard Deviation" being the sum of square of each observation and the average. You get the Standard deviation by tracting the square root of the variance. Thsi indicates the "spread" of the values.
