Wire them in parallel. These are not Christmas tree lights. From the switch, all black wires together. All white neutrals together.
You typically do not want to wire it in series because if one bulb goes bad then the other lights will be off too. If you remember older Xmas lights, one of the bulb is burnt then the rest would tunrned off. To wire it parallel, you must splice your wires to the same amount of bulbs you are going to use. Connect all positive wire terminals to each bulb then ground the other side of bulbs. This way when one of them goes out, the others will remain lit.
to wire the license plate lights you must have lights and wire them to the scooter.
check fusible link wires connected to the starter..fusible links looks like a skinny wire that has a fatter wire in the middle...the fusible link is fat but on the inside the wire is skinny and act like a fuse which burns out once in a while...
how do i wire my brake lights on my Honda 1000
If by "its own wire" you mean they are connected in parallel, then one bulb won't affect the others.
i recommend checking your wires going to all your lights. look for breaks in the wire casing where it may be touching the body or arching. good luck.
short in the wire or they are all on one wire
A light bulb has a filament wire inside made of nichrome. When electricity is passed through this wire it lights up brightly. If this happens in air the wire burns out and breaks. To stop this, bulbs are filled with a non flammable gas called argon that allows the wire to glow without breaking because there is no oxygen inside the bulb.
the wire burns it in the inside and it doesn't work.
where does the yellow wire with a black stripe on it connect for dimmer lights, panel lights, and gear shift lights, for a 2000 Mitsubishi galant
It is possible that both bulbs are blown, but it is probably a fuse. Also check for a bad ground wire.
You have grounded to the radio light wire, not the ground. It is a negative wire that is in the harness, and when you turn on headlights you blow the dash lights. Remove your radio ground from the car, and find a new ground. It should be a large black and green wire (larger than all the others). replace the fuse, and turn on the lights...you will see your old ground wire is actually hot now. Common mistake, and it tests like ground wire with lights OFF, but not on. Relentless
