The only way I see that you could write that as multiplication is if you convert those numbers to a fraction.

-60/1 divided by -8/1.

Simple fraction rules apply when dividing: You switch the numbers in the second fraction and then multiply. In this case, we switch -8/1 around. It will become -1/8.

Now your problem is -60/1 * -1/8 = 60/8 = 7.5
