This is the beauty of the metric system. You just multiply or divide by ten, depending whether you're going up or down the scale. So, 250mg/10 = 25g. ROFL 1000 milligrams=1 gram, just as 1000 millilitres = 1 litre therefore 250/1000 = .25g
