How do you write M is at least -3?

You indicate that M is "more than" or "less than" with the symbols < and >.

So if M is less than -3, you write M<-3.

If M is more than -3, you write M>-3. But the question wants an answer that is equal to or more than -3. This symbol is not on my keyboard but looks like > with an underline. ----
