You must maintain a pace of at least 7.5 miles per hour.
To run 1600 meters at a pace of 10 and a half minutes per mile requires 10 minutes 26.4 seconds.
You can walk 1.3 miles in 10 minutes at 3.50 meters per second.
10 miles in 6 minutes = 10*10 miles in 6*10 minutes ie 100 miles in 60 minutes or 100 mph
Hint: 10000 meters = 10 km, 30 minutes = ½ hour... 10,000 meters in 30 minutes = 10 kilometers per 0.5 hour = 20 kilometers per hour
Walking speed is about 5 kph, so it should take about 6 minutes to walk 500 meters.
191.5 meters in three minutes.
10 minutes
If a train that goes 500 meters every 10 seconds you will cover 30,000 meters in 10 minutes. <><><> There are 6 units of 10 seconds to a minute. 6x500= 3000 meters per minute. X 10 minutes= 30,000

There are a lot of variables to this question. Some people who have been properly trained to swim could easily finish 750 meters in 15 or 20 minutes. I could not find a world record, but if one did exist it would have to be around the 8 to 10 minute mark. The 400 meter freestyle record is just over 4 minutes. A novice who swims, but is not very fast could practice with his/her endurance and complete 750 meters in 25 or 30 minutes without much problem. Hope this helps.
depends on how fast you walk, but about 10 minutes

10 miles in 6 minutes = 10*10 miles in 6*10 minutes ie 100 miles in 60 minutes or 100 mph
both are just as fast although the one going 10 meters in five seconds is probably accelerating faster...
60 mph
