62 miles per 6 hours = 10 and 1/3 miles per hour, whether you're on
an exercise bike, a little red wagon, or a surfboard.
how exactly would you "explain" to a group of elementary students how to complete a fap fill exercise?
A complete cycle, from one crest to the next, includes one trough.
The time it takes to complete one cycle of a signal is called one period. For example, if the signal has a frequency of one hertz (one cycle per second), the period would be 1 second. A two hertz frequency would mean a ½ second period, or ½ second to complete one cycle.
3 hours
A hertz is essentially a complete three hundred sixty degree cycle. So the waveform would move to complete a cycle.
A few hours
My somewhat educated guess would be two hours. The person who could complete the job in 3 hours could complete 2/3 of the job in two hours. The person that complete the job in 6 hours could complete 1/3 of the job in two hours. 2/3 + 1/3 = 1.
It depends on your weight and the intensity of exercise. For me, it would take over four hours.
It would still take six hours.
Plants that do a complete cycle of growth yearly.
it took me 12 hours to complete
i would do at least 2 hrs. a day for good results
