you can make 24 combinations, you don't have to draw write down everything out; for example, 1234, 1243, 1324, 1342, 1432, 1423, you can make 6 combinations out of number "1", and 2,3,4 are also the same, so all you need to do is use 6 (because of six combinations for each number) times 4 (because 4 numbers in total) then you get 24, which is your final answer. : )
