None, unless you are counting people as animals. Murder is the unlawful killing of a human being. Animals are not humans.
In Great Britain, it is estimated that approximately 26 animals (chickens, pigs, cattle, sheep, ducks, etc.) are killed each second.
It is very difficult to estimate the number of non-human animals killed by humans, because nobody is really keeping record. What follows are some very rough estimates. Every year, humans kill:
Over 56 billion farmed land animals
Up to 2.8 trillion aquatic animals
Up to 2 trillion silkworms
Up to 6.5 trillion bees
Just counting these animals, it is estimated that 11.356 trillion non-human animals are killed by humans every year, which is over 31 billion per day, nearly 1.3 billion per hour, nearly 22 million per minute, and over 360,000 per second.
These numbers do not include animals killed for fur (estimated at nearly 10 billion in the U.S. alone), in animal shelters (estimated at 4 million in the U.S. alone) and by experimentation (estimated at over 11.6 million in the U.S. alone), or the number of animals who suffer to death, or the number who are hunted.
About as many as are born a second. Don't forget that all living things die and many die from "natural" causes. But most are killed due to humans.
More than 3,000 animals die every second in slaughterhouses around the world. Around 260 of them are from British slaughterhouses.
Every 8 seconds, an animal is put down.
