"cc" is a unit of volume, whereas "watt" is a unit of power. Since they're

associated with different physical quantities, they don't convert.

If it were possible to convert power to volume, then you'd be able to look at the

data plate on your TV and figure out how many gallons it uses when it's on.

A "cc" is a cubic centimeter and is a measure of volume. A watt is a measure of power (energy per unit time) and represents 1 Joule of energy per second. A kilowatt is 1000 watts. In short, there are no cc's in a kilowatt.

A watt is the unit for instantaneous power. It's a measure of force, defined as 1 watt = 1 newton meter / second.

Relating to electricity, a watt is equivalent to the in phase voltage times current. These are equivalent, since electricity is a force.

There's no sensible answer to that.

CC is volume, cubic centimeters, the contents of a tiny box one cm wide, high and tall.

One kilowatt is a measure of power, about one-and-a-third horsepower.

There's no conversion between them.

There's a kinda-sorta guesstimate value available for what kind of output power - which you can measure in kW - you can expect from a certain engine size - which can be measured in CC.

But even this is very crude, and pretty much always fail to consider the degree of tuning of the engine.
