Not sure what a meater is, but if you mean metre (US = meter), then the answer is none.
A metre is a measure of length, whereas a femtogram is a measure of mass. The two measure different things and, according to the basic rules of dimensional analysis, conversion from one to the other is not valid.
100
approximately 3.28084 (rounded)
There are 100 centimetres in a metre.
Who knows? But one tenth of a metre (or meter) is a decimetre.
5*3 = 15 square meters
33 femtograms is 3.3e-17kg
35 femtograms is 3.5e-17 kg
39 femtograms is 3.9e-17 kilograms.
31 femtograms is 3.1e-17 kg
Kilo- means thousand 1,000 metre = 1 kilometre

By "decks" I assume you mean decameters, and by "meater" I assume you mean meter. 1 meter=0.1 decameters. :)
a meter is 39.375 inches
approximately 3.28084 (rounded)
There are 100 centimetres in a metre.
2 million femtograms = 2.0 × 10-7centigrams.
1.7 * 10-17 kg
