This question cannot be answered sensibly. A kilometre is a measure of distance, with dimensions [L]. An hour is a measure of time, with dimensions [T]. Basic dimensional analysis teaches that you cannot convert between measures with different dimensions such as these without additional information - in this case, speed. It takes only a little mental effort to compare travelling 1000 km in a jet as opposed to walking it to see that the two will take very different amounts of time.
