Well I'm 12 years old and my waist is approximately 24 inches. I am 5 feet tall and weigh 90 pounds. I've seen plenty of 12 year olds with waists skinnier or thicker than mine, so the average number of inches around a 12 year old's waist really depends on the individual. However, I believe that most people my age have waists 22 - 26 inches. Hope I helped :].
