We can easily list the numbers between 100 and 300 that are divisible by 11:

110, 121, 132, 143, 154, 165, 176, 187, 198,

209, 220, 231, 242, 253, 264, 275, 286, 297

There is probably a trick to figuring out this problem, but I just tested each number to see which was also divisible by 8...and here they are:

176, 264.

Assuming we are dealing only with integers, the answer is 74, because the question asked how many numbers are between 25 and 100, as opposed to what is 100 minus 25.
