oooh wow no measurements sorry your gonna get some homework. but its not too complicated if you have a calculator :)
measure your tank length X Height X With = Volume (i would do it in inches)
Ex. 30 X 16 X 12 = 5760 and these are your cubic inches
multiply those by how many gallons fit in that and that is 0.00432009
and that = 24.93504
multiply that by how many litter make a gallon and that is 3.7854118
and that = 94.389394..... liters
or if you know how many liters fit in a cubic inch then just multiply dose two number together for a faster result hopes this helped you.
I would like the details on how to solve a problem. An oil tank holds 225 litres. when the tank is 5/8 full, the number of litres of oil in the tank is?
A gallon is 3.785 liters.
About 946L
47.17
3.7 quarts or 3.5 liters with oil/filter change.
The length of the tank is 60", the width of the tank is 27" and the height of the tank is 44" respectively. How many gallons of oil will the tank hold?
5 US with the oil filter 4.5 Liters
Your 5.9 Lts holds 11.78 liters of oil
If you mean a home heating oil tank, it varies. Most hold 250 gallons; some hold 275 gallons. There are also some (older tanks) that hold 225 gallons.
Zero, probably holds about 4 and a half liters of oil though. The gas tank on the other hand is 12 or 13 gallons.
It will hold 5 QTS. with a new oil filter.
engine oil with filter 4.0qt 3.8L
1.5 quarts (1.4 liters)
4.5 liters.
