This will depend on whether you're using a major highway, a secondary road, or doing city driving. Assuming that you're on a major interstate and are averaging 55 m.p.h. while driving, the next question is are you alone or driving in shifts with one or more partners. I think a reasonable estimate, allowing for food stops, would be about 700 miles maximum for a single driver per 24 hour period, and normally more like 600 miles plus. For two people, it could be as much as about 1100-1200 miles per 24 hours if they take turns sleeping and eating in the car while the other person drives.
