I have a 1996 mustang gt 4.6 manual transmission mostly stock and i get about 16-18 mpg
You can't calculate that, since you don't know how many miles she drove, and there is not information to figure it out.
To measure an object's speed, you need to measure the time it takes to do a measured distance. For instance, if a car travelled at sixty miles per hour, ignoring traffic and roadworks, etc, it would expect to cover a distance of sixty miles in that hour.
An SUV will easily travel at "highway speed" just about anywhere. Their top speeds will vary from model to model, as you'd expect. But none of them are engineered for extreme speed.
You will expect to find that you do not have enough information.
It depends on the size of the engine, the speed, style of riding (acceleration), how many riders, water conditions (waves), wind, etc. With my 110 HP engine jet ski I can make around 100 miles on a full 16 gallon tank, with an average speed around 35-40 mph. But if you're planning to go on a long trip, make sure you have gas station along the way and at least a gallon of gas in a container (in case you miscalculate the distance between refills).

The average miles per gallon for the 2001 Nissan Altima depends on the model. The automatic 4 speed has an average of 21 miles per gallon while the manual 5 speed has an average of 23 miles per gallon.
If gas costs $3.75 per gallon, your car gets 32 miles per gallon, and you drive 1500 miles, it will cost $175.78. However, your miles per gallon is likely based on highway miles at a specific speed, and it is likely you will not always be at this speed so it may cost more.
The average miles per gallon for a Chevrolet Silverado is 16.68 miles per gallon. This is a rough average as other sites indicate it is eleven miles per gallon. This will depend on your speed.
Multiply m.p.g. US x 1.20095 = m.p.g Imperial. You get about 20% more miles out of an Imperial gallon (at the same speed) because it is about 20% bigger than a US gallon.
