200 milligrams...:)
It depends on the weight of the starting gold. 18 karat is 75% pure gold, and therefore a 1 gram weight of 18 karat gold would have 0.75 grams of pure gold in the alloy.
You measure a Bicycles mass in KILOGRAMS. You would measure the weight of an APPLE in Grams, and the weight of your brain in milligrams, if you think you would meaure a bike in grams or milligrams.
Since milligrams is a measure of weight, 100 milligrams of different substances will be different sizes. But to give you a rough idea: About one-half of a common pencil eraser would weigh 100 milligrams
Grams is weight. Liter is volume. The answer would depend on the density of the substance.
Karat is a unit for purity of gold,14 kt, 18 kt, 22 kt,24 kt etc; while Gram is a unit of weight. This means you can measure the weight in grams,as well as the purity (in karats) in a piece of Gold jewelry or coin or what ever form.Weight is like 1 gram, 1 ounce, or milligrams, even 1 kilogram! 24 kt would then mean 99.9% pure it is also called 999 purity. When one says 1 gram of 24 kt,999 purity it means there is one gram weight of the purest gold, which gives us a unit price.
The value of a diamond depends on its cut, colour, carat weight and its clarity. A local jeweler can answer your question.
Yes you can make 22 karat gild into 24 karat by melting the 22 karat and then remove the impurity - which would most likely be copper. This means you would have about 91.6% of 24 karat gold and 8.4% copper from the original weight of 22 karat gold

Diamonds are measured in CARATS. Purity of gold is in KARATS. A 14 carat diamond would be an extremely large diamond- about the size of a marble. Value is based on carat weight, cut, color, and clarity- but that would be a multi-million dollar stone in all likelihood. But I think you are looking at marking of the metal.
You will be most informed if you take this jewelry to a local jeweler and ask how s/he would value it. It will be valued by the number and quality of the diamonds, and the weight of the gold. (Carrot is a vegetable; carat is used in diamond weight; karat is used in percentage of pure gold.)
The weight and purity are not related. A karat is a measure of purity when talking about gold, while a karat for a diamond is dependent on size so if the 10K and the 18K rings are approximately the same size, I would say that the 18K is heavier

probably in milligrams or grams.
Milligrams, usually.
A of sodium is equal to 59.15 grams. This would mean that a quarter of a cup of sodium is equal to 59147.06 milligrams.
Carat is the measurement of a diamond's weight. The stone's value would partially depend on its carat weight.
