It all depends on the medication. For example, cough syrup will usually say something like 35mg/5ml.
Then you could set up a ratio to get the exact amount, like this:
35mg X (this is what you need to find out)
______ ______________________________
5 ml 7.5 ml
In this situation, you cross multiply (7.5 times 35) and then divide by the remaining number (5) to equal how many mg is in 7.5 ml.
Just look on the bottle for the strength. If it isn't near the product name then look in the ingredients.

0.075 mg = (0.075 x 1,000) = 75 micrograms

You should calculate this way : 75 mg = 1 ml 45 mg = ? ml ( 45 mg x 1ml ) / 75 mg = 0,6 ml
7.5 mL per 75 mg which is 10 mg per mL
How many ml of testosterone would equal 75 mg
This is not a valid conversion. Milliliters (mL or ml) and liters (L) are measures of volume. Grams (g), kilograms (kg) and milligrams (mg) are measures of weight or mass.
75/125=0.6
The specific volume of liquid that corresponds to 75 mg will depend on the density of the substance. To calculate, you need to know the density of the liquid in question.
I am a pharmacist. 7.5 mL (1.5 teaspoonfuls) of 50 mg per mL Demerol syrup will contain 75 mg. It is a simply and straightforward calculation, but if it helps, you can think of 50 mg per 5 mL as being 10 mg per mL. Therefore, 7.5 mL of the syrup contains 75 mg.
This is not a valid conversion; milligrams (mg) and grams (g) are measures of weight or mass while milliliters (mL or ml) measure volume.
Accordingly, 1 ml = 1/7.5 mg = 0.133 mg
75 mg = .075 g.
75 ml is equal to 75 cc. The volume measurement is the same in this case.
