Fabric weight is usually listed as a GSM value. (Grams per square metre) This is the weight for 1 square metre. (1 metre x 1 metre) If fabric is on a roll, measure width of the roll, and multiply by GSM rating to get weight in grams per linear/lineal metre. Examples - GSM rating 500, Roll width 2.5 metre= 1250g or 1.25Kg per linear metre. GSM rating 155, Roll width 3 metre= 465g 0r 0.65Kg per linear metre.
sand would weigh about 1.4 tons while silt will probably be about 0.8 tons
At a rough average density for granite of 2.7 g/cm3 the weight of a 1" thick slab of granite countertop with a front to back depth of two feet would be 28 pounds per lineal foot. Most granite countertops are close to 1-3/16" in thickness, however, raising the total weight per lineal foot to roughly 33.25 pounds. A 3/4" thick slab would weigh roughly 21 pounds per lineal foot.
depends on the soil composition. the more sand the heavier it is, the more silt the lighter it is < that doesn't help
Automobile oils weigh between 54.931335 and 58.676654 pounds per cubic foot. Converted to the metric system, it weighs between 880 and 940 kilograms per cubic meter.
