About two kilos, which is about 4.4 pounds. By definition, one liter of water at 4 degrees Celsius weighs one kilogram. Different liquids have different densities, and temperature also affects the density, so there will be some differences depending on that, but roughly two kilos.

The density of water is one g/mL or one kg/L therefore 2 liters or water has a mass of 2 kg. 1 kg = 2.2 lbs so 2 kg water = 4.4 lbs.

2 liters of water at 4 degrees Celsius weigh 2 kilograms.

One ml of water (density of ~1 g/ml) weighs a gram, so 2 liters (2000 ml), weighs 2000 grams, or 2 kilograms.
