Since a penny blank won't fit into the machine when it's stamping dimes, it is virtually impossible to strike a dime on a penny blank. You would need to have your coin professionally examined and certified before you could even consider putting a value on it. Try checking out the ANACS Show page to see if they will be attending any coin shows in your area, where you can take your coin and have it examined for free : http://www.anacs.com/Default.aspx?Page=4

How much is a 1982 miss stamped penny worth. Ithas half of lincolns and the other half is blank?

Such a coin would have to be seen to determine its value. I suggest you take it to a coin shop and ask them to look at it for you.

How much is an unprinted penny worth?

An unprinted penny has no monetary value as it has not been issued by the government or minted with any denomination. It would just be considered a blank piece of metal.

How much would a half stamped wheat penny be worth?

This type of minting error is called 'Off Center'. the coins with nearly all the impression missing are worth more, but those with those with date and mint mark are worth the most. Average worth of a wheat penny with off center error is $3.50.

How much is a blank penny worth but the edge of it has been stamped with the letters TATES?

A lot more than you may think. In the British revolution, Tom Johnson (a notable smith of the time) created a long series of pennies, which he stamped with the signature "TATES." These are highly sought after by historians and sell out in auctions. I would put the price at roughly $249-350. Of course this depends on the quality, and whether it is a fake or not.

What is the value if any for a dime slug that was never stamped?

About the value of a coupon, about 1/32 of a penny. Money is worthless unless printed or stamped to coinage. I have a blank piece of paper. It's worth whatever is printed on it. If the government prints 5 one dollar bills with it, it is worth 5 bucks. If I draw a picture on it, and it's considered art work, it could be worth millions. If I make a paper airplane out of it, it's worth the enjoyment I have watch it fly in the air. Some folks '''do''' collect coin blanks or planchets (blanks with a rim). There may be minimal collector's value in your "slug" if it truly is an unstruck coin. If you can see the copper layer in the middle, then it's a modern unstruck dime. If you don't see that, it could still be a silver blank, in which case it would be worth 1⁄10 of the current spot price of silver. These blank planchets normally sell for a dollar or two.

What is the value of a quarter stamped on one side heads and blank on the other?

This could happen if two blank planchets got into the press together, causing on to get stamped with only the heads side, and the other to get stamped with only the tails side. This is a relatively rare error, and could be worth $50 to $100 or more. This could also be a normal quarter that somebody has altered. If it weighs significantly less than 5.67 grams, then I would say that it has been altered and has no added value.
