Use a fine balance.
You would determine its mass using a mass balance.
The SI unit would be grams, however considering a blade of grass is pretty small I would probably measure it in mg, milligrams.
A small metallic paper clip has a mass of a little over one gram.

A stone is a lump or mass of hard consolidated mineral matter. A small rock is a pebble, and stone.
Pounds.
It would depend on the atmospheric pressure.
Yes, definitely the stone will also attract the earth when it is either thrown up or is falling down. But the mass of the stone is very small as compared to that of the earth, and since the force is directly proportional to the mass of the object, the force with which the stone attracts the earth will be negligible as compared to the force with which the earth attracts the stone.
how would you find the mass of 250 mL of water
You would determine its mass using a mass balance.
Mass of a pony
well something with large capacity and small mass is a ballon but I cant think of anything that would be the opposite.... My math assignment told me to figure out something with large mass and small capacity but its just too hard.... hope you find a answer and post it when u do!!!
You can't. The same mass can have a lot of different volumes, depending on the substance. Examples: A kilogram of stone or lead has a small volume. A kilogram of water has a medium volume. A kilogram of the air inside your house has a large volume.
ANSWER: I'm assuming by "mousetrap" car, you mean small car. Probably pretty obvious at that point that your car would have a.....small mass.
For the volume you can use a small graduated cylinder. For the mass you can use an analytical balance.
the best unit of measurement to use to express the mass of a small novel would be grams
