To gain a score of 80% out of 25 questions you would need to answer 20 questions correctly. You can work this out for yourself quite easily... Divide 25 by 100, this gives you 0.25 which is 1% of 25. Now just multiply by 80 to get 80% of 25, which is 20.

If I got 16 of 25 questions right how many did I miss?

The answer to this comes from a process called subtraction which most people learn in their first year of school. There were 25 questions and you got 16 right, so what is left over? 25-16=9. Clearly it was not a math test or you would not have done so well.

How many questions were right if you got 92 percent and there were 28 questions?

Designate the number of correctly answered questions as r. From the problem statement, r = 92 % of 28 = 0.92(28) = 25.76. If partial credit is allowed, this probably means that there were 25 questions completely right and one more that was considered three-fourths right.
