It takes longer to lose weight if you weight uder 130lbs. you would probably have to starve yourself for more than a week to lose 15lbs. I found out myself and you won't feel healthy. You will still lose weight if you eat low calorie foods you can look them up on Google.
It is very dangerous to starve the body of essential nutrients in order to lose pounds, no matter what age you are. If you are 15 years old and you want to lose 40 pounds, you must not starve yourself. Instead, eat healthily, drink plenty of water and exercise regularly.
find if you starve yourself for three days and eat one meal on the 4th day, you can lose up to 7 pounds the first week. From then, you can lose about three pounds a week. I have done it for two months at a time and it works! But I wouldn't advise this type of dieting as it will consume you and you will never have normal eating habits again. Believe me....I have been doing this for 11 years!
For the most part, at age 10 girls aren't interested in boys, however to feel better about yourself you should exercise 3-4 times a week and just eat healthy. (Don't starve yourself!)
I'm 11 years of age and I am 5'2. I weight 88.4 pounds. I am an active, healthy, female. The average weight is about 92.5 pounds. This may very for a male. And, for our age, does it really matter? I mean, don't be as big as a house, but don't starve yourself to death!! -Joanna
It would take a snake 2 years to starve to death. They will devour their own heart and grow a bigger head to eat more prey.
i LITERALY feel the same exact way. i am 93 pounds at 5 4" and everyone tells me i am skinny, but i think im normal or evn a little to much. i dont starve mself and i eat normal im just kinda self concius i think its just a phase:) just try to look past it and see all the things you really love about yourself when u look in thr mirror- and o ya dont starve yourself
Why would you even ask this?Starving yourself is not the answer.Take it from me. I've struggled with anorexia for almost 3 years now, and it's horrible. Eat healthy foods, exercise, and be happy.Don't do this to yourself.
because you need to starve yourself for a day then you will be cured
Take this from someone who has been through this before. It is not the way to go, trust me. I'm 13 years old and I used to weigh 148 pounds. I got down to 112 pounds by exercising and eating right. But then i started to starve myself. I got down to 94 pounds. But I became so weak that I wasn't able to exercise because I didn't have enough nutrition in my body to keep me going. So if you starve yourself, you won't be able to exercise. You might be able to a few times like I did but I ended up fainting during the workout or a little while afterwards. I deprived myself from my favorite foods for so long that in the past 3 days, I gave in and binged on mostly everything in my house and gained 5 pounds. I think eating healthy foods along with exercise worked a whole lot better! I had more energy, i felt more confident about myself, I was able to exercise alot longer (which was a big plus), and I lost weight faster without gaining part of it back in 3 days!
No, because you can get a bad disease that can cause problems for the rest of your life or you could die. Try eating good foods and exercise. It will help.
You can not do it in 2 months. Please don't try! You could starve yourself and MAYBE lose 30 pounds. But that is very dangerous. You should never lose more than 10 pounds in a month. This means it would take you at least 6 months to lose this amount of weight. You could die if you try to lose it more quickly. Go for a brisk 30 minute walk 5 times per week. Drink water instead of soda or juice. Eat fresh veggies. Talk to your doctor. Please don't hurt yourself. Hope this helps!
in millions of years don't worry yourself :)

The interviewer would like to hear a precise answer as to - where do you see yourself 5 years from now and how do you plan on getting there? read further at the link attached:
The weight of the US Lincol Cent has changed over the years. The value of 34 pounds would depend upon which years they were minted.
no, as long as you're healthy, exercise and not starving yourself, you're fine :)
well if your 12 you should NOT way 83 lbs. why would you want to be so skinny anyways? but anyways, you're at a pretty good weight for your age (i'm 14 and weigh the exact same) but i would say exercising and eating healthy food choices.
Each year you would receive 0.12 x 55,000 = 6,600 pounds simple interest. With no compounding 39,600 / 6,600 = 6 years

When companies ask where you see yourself after five years, they are looking for a business or career path. State where you would like to be careerwise after five years.
Don't starve yourself! Here's a tip, eat slowly... How? Eat all of your food with chopsticks. Budget your food so that you can only finish after fifteen minutes from the time you started your meal. Eat only three times a day, with the food amounting only to two cups per meal. If you're hungry, and it's not yet time to eat, drink protein or fruit shakes, make it at home, and don't put bags of sugar, put only three in one glass. Or better yet, substitute sugar with honey, so that you can have no limits. One more thing, one glass of water before you eat, drink it slowly. Drink water after four bites of food while you're eating. It's more advisable to substitute water with fruit juices, just make it yourself, don't add sugar, just honey. That's that.. And if you ask, I'm not a doctor, thank you very much... You might lose all that weight for about three weeks or so, less if you exercise. But to be honest, I don't like to exercise. All I can say is that I think you don't need to lose the pounds, what is your height? I'm just fifteen, and I'm from the Philippines...
I will be a manager in communication sector.
The ideal body weight for a 5' female is 100 pounds. 156 pounds would be considered overweight.
Well, it depends on height and stuff, but a healthier weight for an average 13 year old would be about 120 pounds.
