If the "number cube" you are referring to is what we normally call a die (one of a pair of dice), the chances of tossing an 8 are nothing since the cube has only 6 sides and is numbered 1 to 6.

If a "number cube" is something else, perhaps someone else can answer the question.

What is the answer to finding the probability when a cube is tossed?

If the cube is uniformly weighted there is a 1 in 6 chance of any side landing face-up

What is the probability of getting 2 heads if a coin is tossed thrice?

(1/2)^3 = 1/8th Since the initial probability (assuming independence) of getting a head in a single toss is one half (1/2) we just cube this probability because of the number of events we are performing. So if you were to try to calculate the probability of a coin being tossed 6 times it would be one half to the 6th power which is 1/64.

What is the probability a number cube with numbers from 1-6 is tossed and an even number greater than 4 lands face up?

There is only one even number over 4, which is 6, so when rolling the number cube, the chances of it coming up are 1/6.

What A number cube is rolled and two coins are tossed. What is the probability that the number cube shows a value greater than 4 and both coins are heads?

These are all independent events. So the probability of them all happening is the product of the probabilities of each one of them happening. The desired probability is (2/6)*(1/2)*(1/2)=1/12

What is the probability of rolling a whole number on one roll of a number cube?

Every number on a number cube is a whole number. (A whole number is a number without a fraction or decimal) So the probability of rolling a whole number on a number cube one time would be 6/6 or 1.

What is the experimental probability of landing on 5 if a number cube is tossed twenty times and lands on 1 two times and lands on 5 four times?

The experimental probability of a number cube that lands on 5 four times in a twenty toss trial is Pexp(5) = 4/20 = 1/5 = 0.20 = 20%

A number cube has 6 sides numbered 1 through 6.How would you describe the probability that you will toss a 7 if you toss the number cube?

The probability is zero. That means that it can't happen, because there's no '7' anywhere on the cube.
