No, it is not.
1 millimetre is smaller than 1/16 inch. 16 millimetres will not make an inch. It takes 25.4 of them. 1/16 inch is 58.75% larger than 1 millimetre. 1 millimeter is about 63% of 1/16 inch.
No. If you divide an inch into 16 equal pieces, you must put all 16 back to have a whole inch. It is 1/16 inch less than a full inch.
for the question "is 16 lb bigger or smaller than16 oz?" it is bigger and smaller which is = have a very merry day!!
there are 16 in an inch. 16/16 = a whole.
3/16 is less than 5/16 (8/16 is the half, 16/16 is the whole). Sixteenths are smaller than twelfths (of which only 6 are needed for the half and 12 for the whole) so even 5/16 is a smaller part than 5/12 (when considering an equivalent whole). (NB spelling of 'twelfth'.)

An inch consists of 16 scale divisions (1/16, 2/16, etc.) If you consider metric system, then the smaller measure units would be centimeter (1 inch = 2.54 cm) and millimeter (1 cm = 10 mm).
Feel Lucky. Most guys are much smaller than that.
.16 is smaller than .5
17 inch wheels are better than 16 inch .as,17 >16. They are better as they have greater area in contact with road providing better contact force.Hence 17 inch are better than 16 inch beacuse they provide greater stability.
It can be and is.

I believe it's 0.020 Inch. For example a 14MM bolt head is 0.020" smaller than a 9/16" and 15MM is 0.020" bigger than 9/16". Think of them as in-between sizes of each other.
There's nothing in inch measurement that is close enough. 10mm is a little bigger than 3/8, and smaller than 7/16.
the 16 and 17 refer to the tires diameter hence a 17 is one inch taller than a 16 inch tire
i think that it is smaller
Neither. 3/16 (0.1875) is smaller. 1/4 (0.25) is larger.
