yes of course. if you think about it the word " quad " means four and an angle would not mess with that at all.

The only possible quadrilateral figure that would fit that criteria would normally be called a rectangle.

The only possible quadrilateral other than a rectangle is a square. Polygons are shapes that are linked by straight lines. Regular polygons are shapes linked by straight lines at a specfic angle (x-2)*180/x. For example, for this case, it is (4-2)*180/4= 2*180/4 = 360 / 4 = 90 (each angle is 90 degrees). For any regular polygons, just change x to the number of sides.
